How to open the XLD audio app on MacOS Sequoia

I used foobar2000 on my PC, but it doesn't appear that software has a convert option on Mac. I downloaded the "official" XLD software but my Mac won't allow me to run it. Any way to do this? Or does anyone have a different recommendation for converting FLAC to ALAC?
