Apple iPhone, Home Network, Smart TV issue….

I have been noticing - for quite some time - weird images in my iPhone. Additionally, I see and have seen for a considerable time now - numbers, and letters in the background of shows (trees, hair, …..wrinkled clothing) I’m watching on my smart tv. I am reasonably bright, not insane but no matter what I do - the problem persists. Is there a way to hack my smart tv and network? Just trying to sort this out. Thanks.
