Can't access my music files error "Music Not Available" on iPad

When trying to play my music files on my iPad, that I physically added to my Library from my computer where my original files are stored, I get the following: "Music not available in my country error". Yet I physically have the files. I used to subscribe to Music but not anymore. I have purchased maybe a handful of files from iTunes in my life, most of files are on my computer. What is the workaround, please, and thank you.

This appears to be a case of an inaccurate error message, along with a lack of a cross check mechanism to confirm that all tracks are transferred correctly. Something is wrong with those entries in the device database, so the tracks cannot play, and repeated syncing doesn't fix it. Remove the music from your device and add it back. On the device use Settings > General > iPad Storage > Music > Edit > All Songs > Delete and confirm. Then sync music to your device from your library and hopefully they all get transferred properly this time.
