Managing Kids Accounts without a Apple device myself

I set the children up with ipads some 4 yrs ago from my iTunes account that I had on my PC. We have jogged along nicely for many years with no issues but now I am struggling to do anything for them. I can share the subscriptions for Apple TV, Apple Music, and Arcade as well as some other apps I have subscribed to for them, but I can't get Permission to Buy notifications to my email so I can't increase their iCloud storage. I don't have access to an Apple device myself but somehow I managed to set them up initially but I am really struggling to manage the devices now. Please help, I'm at my wits end. I'm not technically minded either.

iPad, 18

Unfortunately, unless you have access to an Apple device of your own (Mac, iPhone, iPad), you are hamstrung - as you will not be able to manage or approve actions related to Parental Controls, Family Sharing or purchasing requests.

It isn't viable to attempt to manage these features from your children's "managed" devices. Should you attempt to sign-out from a child's AppleID on their managed device, to facilitate sign-in with your own AppleID, you will encounter other issues - not least being potentially unable to reverse the process for 90-days.

Your options are limited - and all require that you have access to an Apple device where you are signed-in with your own AppleID.
