Diskutil gives warning: warning: Unable to read apfs keylocker ranges: no such file or directory,

What action is necessary.

The machine runs fine yet startup is somewhat slow 42sec.

unless you have an issue, you can ignore warnings...no harm there.



You can try running the First Aid (in Recovery) against the APFS container, not just the volume level and compare your results.
