Airdrop and AirPrint not working on MacBook Pro

This started about 3-4 months ago, and just started putting things together.

I cannot Airdrop from my MacBookPro to any device, and no device can Airdrop to the Mac. I have tried with multiple phones and iPad. All the settings are correct. For a while they could 'see' each other but nothing would happen, and now they don't even see each other.

Realized, while trying to troubleshoot this, that around the same time, I lost the ability to print to our HP Printer. The Mac doesn't see it. I had to go old school and map it to the IP address with a generic postscript driver. My wife's MacBook can see the printer and also our phones can, using AirPrint.

Only thing I can think of is, my company requires SentinelOne software to be installed. There is no firewall component. The firewall settings on my Mac are also off. But maybe this is causing it? Has anyone seen this? SentinelOne is pretty common.

Bluetooth works as my keyboard and mouse are bluetooth.

Currently Mac OSX 15.0.1

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.0

My organization uses Sentinel One and I'm not aware of any issues, but I don't know if certain configuration settings could make a difference (I'm not involved in that aspect).

It may be worthwhile to run the third party app EtreCheck and post the complete report here so we can review it for possible clues.

Make sure to check the Privacy & Security System Settings....specifically the Security section immediate after rebooting & logging into the Mac. I know that some macOS updates may disable HP printer drivers which need to be manually approved once more....sometimes even an Apple extension has been known to need approval as well. I personally saw this with Ventura and have seen other reports with Sonoma on this forum. Seems to be the new "norm" these days.

Have you tried to create a new printer using the AirPrint driver (sometimes you need to manually select AirPrint as it may not be automatically chosen by default).

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode to see if that makes any difference for either issue?

Or creating a new macOS user account & testing from that new account?
