Hi my screen time has been restricted and there is no password option. It says it twice below and above screen time saying how can I fix this? I’ve been trying to fix this for a few weeks now but it still hasn’t worked. Can someone help me with this and it is a connected Falkirk iPad.

As described, your iPad appears to be centrally managed by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.
Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device. Otherwise, the device is useless.

Sounds like it needs a System admin. Is this an enterprise or educational managed device? You mentioned it being a Falkirk iPad, I would contact that organization.
