Apple Intelligence Writing Tool short-cut not working on my MacBook Pro M1 Max

Hi

When I select the text and did the "Control-click" on the selected text on slack. It didn't give me the Apple Intelligence options. I try it is Visual Studio, Outlook, Message, etc all having the same issues.

The short-cut in the documentation doesn't work - Use Writing Tools with Apple Intelligence on Mac – Apple Support (AU)

I can see the Applie Intelligence/Siri icon on my tool bar or did I miss anything in my setup?
