iPad IOS 18 Home Screen change CUP to my local time. There is a small widget on the IOS 18 Home Screen labelled CUP with a time on it that is not the time I have in my settings which is Madrid. How and where do I change it!

I'm not sure what you mean by "Apple Play" but you can tun off "24-Hour Time" in Settings > General > Date & Time.
