Can I share my iPhone playlist with Android users?

I have created a playlist on my iPhone from songs on my HP laptop. I want to send a link to that playlist to a group iMessage (first choice) or group email (second choice). How can I do this?

Some people in the group have iPhones and others have androids, so if that makes it impossible, I would like to create a link in a group EMAIL that would share my playlist from my iPhone. Not even sure that is possible. Does anyone know?
