Are these videos you recorded on your own device? If so, when you go to play them back, the are muted by default. Look in the lower right corner of the screen area by the end of the scrub bar and you will see the little speaker icon with a line through it. Tap it to unmute.

Probably the videos were recorded from a third-party camera app.

Yes, the videos are recorded on my device. But the problem is that I turn on this button, but it still doesn't work. I noticed that this problem occurred after connecting my new AirPods, but I had already disconnected them from my phone in the hope that it would work, but it did not work.
