Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with the camera on my iPhone 14. About a month ago, the camera stopped working, and the screen remains black when I open the Camera app. I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restarting the device

• Force restarting the iPhone

• Updating to the latest iOS version

• Testing the camera in other apps

• Resetting all settings

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. I believe the problem may be hardware-related. Could you please assist me .
