Ultra 2 Ocean Band adjustable loop broke

The spring‑loaded titanium adjustable loop on my ultra 2 orange ocean band is broken. One piece is gone and the end of the strap is not secure. How can I get a replacement loop? The band is in good shape.

Close Ocean watch band! The attaching of the two straps of the Ocean band is very difficult. I have tried stretching the band while trying to attach the two straps. I have tried to assist getting loop through the metal closure loop and does not help easily. I may try some talc powder to improve sliding band through for closure. Right now I attach with watched off my hand and then slide band over my hand. Not an easy slide. That may be best answer but arm will need to be very dry before applying the talc. Be messy… any wisdom out there?
