iPad Issues Post iPadOS 18.2 Update

Just updated my ipad to iPadOS 18.2 and now there are two glaring issues:


I should have approximately 30GB worth of available space, and its saying I'm OVER Capacity by 45.64GB.


Also, whenever I try to sync my iPad now, when it gets to the "Reading Photos" portion in iTunes, it takes a while then says: "The iPad could not be synced because the connection to the iPad was lost."


I have changed the settings on the iPad to Never Autolock, and it still does this, even though its turned on.


More concerned with the inability to Sync than the storage issue, but both are problems since I shouldn't be over on storage either.
