What is the mocOS Monterey upgrade to 12.8 available on my MacBook Air

I’m trying to install TurboTax 2024 Premium to my MacBook Air. However, I got an error message saying that the macOS Monterey version 12.7.6 was not working and I need the 12.8 version. My question is that when will the newer version ever be available in my computer

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.7

TurboTax 2024 requires Ventura or newer. Upgrade the OS if your Mac is compatible, or use the online version of TurboTax, or switch to another product.
