In Settings => Privacy & Security => Location Services => System Services Details there is a toggle for Networking and Wireless.
What exactly is this for? My searches have turned up nothing relevant, so here i am.

Yea, it's toggled off because I don't know what it's for or what it accomplishes. Until I can make an informed decision, it'll remain off.
What is that setting [Networking and Wireless] for? what does it do? Why would I need to enable it?

So, right now that setting on your machines is OFF
