Hi, I am experiencing a multitouch issue on my iPhone while playing 3D games like Call of Duty Mobile. When I press 4 points on the screen simultaneously (e.g., moving, shooting, and using other controls at the same time), the screen freezes or becomes unresponsive momentarily.

This issue only occurs in these situations and heavily impacts gameplay
