Unintended Apple subscription payment through Halyk bank app

Money was withdrawn by mistake for a subscription that I have to pay for next summer . Please sort out the error and refund the money.Through the Halyk bank app. 4,990 tenge were withdrawn in APPLE.COM/BILL .I have a subscription for the same amount in the sonic app, but I have to pay for it on 07/23/2025, but the money has been withdrawn from my card now. After that, I immediately canceled my subscription, thinking that the money would be returned to me.
