Unable receiving call notifications on Apple Watch from 3rd Party Apps

I just got an Apple Watch Series 10 as an early Christmas gift from my wife. I was previously using a Xiaomi Fitness Band 8. My primary function is to receive notifications from my phone, however with the greatest disappointment, I am unable to receive any 3rd party call notifications from any 3rd party apps such as,

• Whatsapp
• Facebook Messenger
• Viber
• Telegram
• WeChat
• LINE Chat

My customers' & friends & family calls from overseas and local, usually come from WhatsApp (Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore), WeChat (China), and Viber (Philippines). Friends from overseas use Facebook Messenger sometimes.

Previously my Xiaomi Fitness Band 8 with its app was able to push ALL notifications from my iPhone to my little fitness band. I could even end calls if I didn't want to pick up the call. Now with a super high-tech watch. This function doesn't exist. Is there any way to work around this? This is a real deal breaker for me.
