How can I block my lost iPhone without the IMEI number?

Am requesting you to help me blocking my lost iphone because I didn't had it's IMEI number which can easily help me

This is a user-to-user forum. You are not speaking to Apple here. We cannot block your phone by IMEI (especially by one that we don't even know!). My understanding is that Apple is not involved in blocking by IMEI, and that this would be a matter for your phone company (carrier).
Hopefully when your iPhone was lost or stolen, it was passcode-locked, and had Find My turned on. If it had Find My turned on, you can mark it as Lost.
