Handwriting Issue: Notes Disappearing on iPad 10th Gen

Dear Support Team,

I am using an iPad 10th generation, purchased just one month ago, primarily for studying and taking handwritten notes on PDFs using my pecncil. However, I have encountered a recurring and extremely frustrating issue: while writing on a PDF, my handwritten notes suddenly disappear without any warning or apparent reason. Worse, there seems to be no way to recover them.

This problem happens frequently, disrupting my workflow and causing significant frustration. I have read comments online indicating that similar issues have been reported as far back as three years ago. It is shocking and disappointing that such a fundamental problem persists.

I rely heavily on my iPad for academic purposes, and this issue severely impacts its usability. I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter promptly. Please let me know if there are any updates, patches, or specific troubleshooting steps I can take to prevent this from happening again.
