Hi,
my son just turned 13 years old but in the Wallet he has no "Add Credit/Debit Card" button. There is only one option "Previous cards" which obviously stays empty. We are from Poland and the bank app allows adding the card to the Wallet but when it redirects to the Wallet then we are stuck.
His account is linked to my parent account, but I can't find any option that would control it.
Any help appreciated!

Please make sure his age is correct in his Apple Account.
Update the birth date associated with your Apple Account - Apple Support
If it still won’t add, I suspect the minimum age requirement to use electronic wallets is higher in Poland. Each country sets their own banking regulations and it’s not uncommon in EU countries to require a higher minimum age.
Please contact Apple Support in Poland to verify my suspicions.
