Airpods issue with PC

I am using Airpods Pro, running firmware version 7B21. Previously, I could pair and connect with iPhone 15 Pro and my windows Laptop whichever I wish. Recently, I am noticing, the airpods do not connect with the laptop anymore. It does however connect with the iPhone as expected. Even if I try to reset the airpod and pair again with my windows laptop it does not connect.


How do I solve this issue so I can connect with both iPhone and windows laptop (any one at a time).
