MacBook Air M2 keyboard not working properly

I’ve been having this issue for about a week now. All of my function keys don’t work, even though my system settings allow them to work without pressing fn first. The delete button only backspaces if I highlight the text first. Letters like p, f, h, c, n, m don’t type the letter but instead do a command (c opens the command centre ect). If I’m watching YouTube, and press the arrow keys to forward/rewind it skips to the next video instead of forwarding 10/15 seconds. This is honestly so annoying and I’ve done everything I can think of, factory reset twice, made sure all the settings are fine (slow keys aren’t on etc) Please help me!!!
