Verizon.net email error in Apple Mail App

I use this app to get my Verizon. Net email, with AOL now , and continue to get error messages sush as connection to the server failed, server code limit , authenticate rate limit hit. I have read answers here and other places and nothing has fixed it yet. I believe my settings are correct but really not sure anymore. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
