We are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community, so no-one here can speak for Apple.
Seems to me that a hearing-test and a pre-existing audiogram are quite separate.
However, (if I understand it correctly) you do have the option of "averaging" out whatever tests are available on your iPhone for a more "balanced" result, if you choose to.
