Recommendations for giving your most effective help here:

    • Don't use a search engine to come here. Too often they will lead you to locked threads.
    • Bookmark this Apple site map showing all forum topic areas: Site Map - Apple Community
    • From that list, find the topic areas where you feel you can best contribute.
    • Use the site map links to go that those topics.
    • Work the NEWEST questions first.

As for adding your issue, or "exact same problem," to an existing thread, best practice is "don't. It is very hard for us to help more than one person per thread. Tag-ons confuse the responders and dilute the attention the original poster ("OP") deserves.

Tagging on an existing question with a "me too" is much like someone barging into a doctor's exam room to ask about his medical issue while the doctor is treating someone else.

So Welcome! I look forward to seeing your helpful responses here.
