Matter Enabled Light Bulbs

I purchased both GE Cync and Nanoleaf light bulbs to use with Apple HomeKit. The aim is to convert off of Google Home and over to the Apple Ecosystem. However, when I turn on lights, they are dimmer in HomeKit than Google Home, wrong colors come up and the only way to get them brighter is to connect to Google Home. Both manufacturers' bulbs perform the same way. I have even tried the Starling bridge where I can see both operations and they are still the same. Apple Home is dim and Google Home is bright. I have researched this and have received absolutely no usable information to this point. I have Leviton switches and they work fine. I have considered going with Philips Hue but, feel like this should be a fixable situation.
