using voice commands to control computer

I want to play Scottie in Star Trek. "Computer, on." "Computer, sleep." "Computer, print."

The new Apple Intelligence allows me to do SOME stuff -- like bring up an accessibility keyboard -- with voice commands, but I can't figure out how to link to anything like the stuff above. Siri apparently has no ties to the OS either.

Sleep is not likely to be implementable, because a mis-hearing of your voice would be quite problematic.

Your computer can not hear you when sleeping, so adding WAKE is out of the question.

for Print, perhaps you could use "Choose Print off the File menu", or see the heading in the article entitled 'Create your own voice commands'
