Unlocking iPhone 13 with forgotten Face ID and password
My uncle sent me an iPhone 13 from abroad , but forgot to remove his Face ID and he can’t remember his phone password. What do I do

There's nothing you can do yourself. Only he can unlock it. Direct him to the section titled "If you no longer have your iPhone or iPad" in this Apple support article:

Once that's done, you can erase it using the following procedure:
