iCloud Email Address ID Theft

Someone is using my iCloud email address to set up game site accounts on Discord and 2K servers. Apple Account does not allow me to change my email address and the servers’ Support AI is useless. Must I delete my Apple account in order to be free of this hacker? Help!

If you change your password that should keep them out.
