Unable to transfer money from Apple Wallet to debit card

Apple cash will not allow me to go into my wallet and send my money to my debit card to my bank account it's attached to my wallet there's already a debit card in my wallet but when I go to transfer the money it'll work for the three one to three day bank transfer but it won't work on my debit card it just keeps asking me to add a debit card when I've already got it on there
