Siri voice repeats button names during iPhone sign-in

i am locked out of my iPhone. when i try to sign on a syrie voice says the name of whatever button i push. when i try to shut down the voice only repeats what the button is. can anyone help me?

You have turned on VoiceOver. When it is on tap twice everywhere you would tap once, so for your passcode just hit each number twice, then go to Settings/Accessibility/VoiceOver (again, by tapping each item twice) and turn it off.


If you has Siri enabled on the Home screen you can simply tell Siri to turn it off: Hold the Side button and say “Turn off VoiceOver"
