Pending in-app purchases and billing issue on App Store

I purchased some in app purchases and my debit card was charged and I got the product I bought but AppStore says that those purchases are pending and I can’t download or update apps because it says there is a billing problem.

Pending purchases, and unable to update apps due to payment issues. (Image provided) I have several "Pending" Purchases, and honestly I wasn't really paying attention to if i got charged. Is there any way I can resolve the Issue so i can update my apps again? note: It's not letting me update because it keeps telling me to sign and check payment methods. But it's not, like updating stuff even after i sign my stuff in. (Example below)
