I'm trying to access the Keychain Access app on Sequoia after resetting my password, but whenever I open the app it asks for my password twice and then does nothing

How did you reset your password? If you had to reset it because you couldn't remember the old one, your old keychain is inaccessible.
I reset it with my apple id. Yeah, I figured the old keychain is inaccessible, but I can't access the app at all now
With your AppleID, I think it will also reset the keychain password, but not sure.
It sounds like some other problem.
Do you have any issues with the Passwords app?
