Unlocking locked Notes on iPhone with forgotten password

So I changed my notes password to something and I forgot it I tried to press change password and when I did it still wouldn't unlock the old notes like it did the first time so I reset it and once again it dont work I seen sb say delete them then it'll open and blah blah but that's not a true do anybody know anything else i could do like a site that will open them for me or let me copy them something please
