SafeSearch locked on Bing and other search engines

When I search Bing, I click the drop-down (three parallel lines) to the upper right, and it says SafeSearch is strict. I click it, and in Search Settings, it shows SafeSearch as Moderate. But that may be a bug on the search engine, which would be for Microsoft to fix, not Apple. Apple can only handle bugs on its own products and services, such as the iPad.

But SafeSearch is also locked on Google and DuckDuckGo.

How do I turn off SafeSearch on iPadOS? Where can it be found in Parental Controls?

I’m not finding anything in Apple Support. It should be indexed in Bing search.
