If you haven't already: updating your MacOS version to the latest Ventura OS 13.7.2
may be a good first step in trouble-shooting. Eg: What's new in the updates for macOS Ventura? - Apple Support says: "This update provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users."
(NB: Wise to back up Mac data beforehand, if you choose to update.)
Else: if icons were accidentally removed from the menu bar, you might double-check in System Settings > Control Centre to see what "Clock options" menu-bar settings are in place. (Also check there space to show clock / date in menu bar.)
ie: Check which clock options are selected
You could also check which bluetooth settings are in place and what is discoverable,
