ECG app not working on Apple Watch 10 in Sri Lanka

ECG app is not working in Sri Lanka , Any help to activate this to Sri Lanka, i have bought apple -10 watch , but ECG app is not working in this region.

Please activate ECG app for Sri Lanka

Unfortunately, Sri Lanka is not on the list of countries that have allowed Apple to activate the ECG feature. There is nothing that anyone in this forum can do to change that.
