Help with forgotten Apple ID password
So my mom just got a new iPhone after not having one for a few years so she forgot her password. She went through adding her email and *current* phone number (which is the same from when she last had an iPhone) to start the recovery process. She was able to get verification codes from her current number. We waited a day for an update on the status and it’s saying it’s sending information to her old number she had before switching carriers. Is there a way to fix this?
