Request for Review of Duplicate Charges for CapCut Subscription

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding duplicate charges for the CapCut subscription on my accounts. I noticed two charges for what appears to be the same subscription, which I believe were applied incorrectly.
The charges in question are as follows:
- $79.99 from my personal account for a one-year subscription renewal.
- $89.99 from my business account for a new subscription.
Initially, I filed a dispute regarding the $89.99 charge, as it seemed like a duplicate. However, after further investigation, I realized that the subscription was accidentally associated with both my personal and business accounts. This resulted in one account being charged for a renewal ($79.99) and the other account being charged for a new subscription ($89.99) for the same service.
Because of this, I understand why your records might show only one valid charge per account, but this is not the case. Both charges stem from the same subscription being linked to two separate accounts, which was unintentional.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Specifically, I would appreciate it if you could:
- Review both accounts to confirm the subscription duplication.
- Issue a refund for the $89.99 charge made to my business account, as the subscription was already renewed through my personal account.
