Sharing my iPhone 16 I Apple Music with a friend's iPhone 15

I would sppreciate help in the form of step by siep instructions to share Apple Music already recorded on my iPhone 16 to a friend's iPhone 15 which also has Apple Music insatalled.

A lesser issue is whether i could also share it with another friend's TIDAL based system and, if so, how?

The same question comes up with Spotify and Amazon Music,

I like the idea of sharing my music with others and think it would benefit others too.
