iPhone 15 Pro Max won't open QR code links

Trying to get my phone to open these links found in a QR code and nothing happens. It use to work and now doesn’t. It is an IPhone 15 pro max. Apparently this used to be an issue at one time with this very same phone model. What gives? Anyone know if I accidentally turned it off in a setting? This last update has had a couple quirks it seems.
