iPad 2022 compatibility with Magic Keyboard 2020 or 2021

I am looking at purchasing an IPad Pro (2022) 12.9”. 

Can anyone tell me if it’s fully compatible (ie fits snug with) with either the 

Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2020)

or a 

Apple Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9-inch (2021) 

If so, which keyboard would you get if you were going to get either?
