On 19th December I made a purchase which was not satisfactory. I requested a refund and the refund was granted on 20th December. A short time later, I received an email informing me I had been granted a credit note. I do not want a credit note, I want the funds returned to my card.
We are all just fellow users here and have no information about or control of your refund. If the purchase and refund was through the App Store or iTunes Store, contact Apple Support. Whether they can explain or do anything about it I have no idea, but you can ask.
