Flashlight not working in Control Center after camera damage on iPhone

recently i dropped my phone and it broke somewhat in the camera area. the camera doesn't work in 1X yet works in 0.5X. (i just zoom into 1X for it to work) but the question im asking is, how do i get it to work through the control center/lockscreen without having to go to camera and record just for a flashlight?
