Is 'Apple ID Temporarily Restricted' Scam?

I recently received two emails from the Apple App Store stating my Apple ID is restricted. One stated it's a temporary hold the other indicated it's restricting my apply pay services and my Apple ID access. It states I must go to this link to the Apple ID page that turns into Netflix. I don't have a Netflix account. The second email takes

me to a warning page indicating there was a website that was using my ID! How can i confirm my Apple ID hasn't been exposed?

I came here hoping someone had something similar happened and no responses have been made to a few questions and some haven't responded or gave an update!

its sooo close to Christmas I don't want to be scammed out of the little money I got.

Helllp

The messages are scam attempts, and not from Apple. Do not interact with the messages or the sender.
