iPhone 11 temporary backup deleting data in 18 days

So I bought a used iPhone 11 from Best Buy and I tried to set it up from my old iPhone SE. And almost every thing transferred. I did have to log back into most of my apps but that wasn’t a big deal. So I thought everything was normal and good but now my new phone is saying it’s a temporary back up and will delete all my info on there in 18 days

That is referring to the backup that was made to transfer the contents of your old iPhone; it used free temporary iCloud space. As it is a backup of your old phone you no longer need it, but you should back up your new phone regularly; ideally using the Automatic Nightly Backup feature in iCloud→How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
