How to Fully deleting printer app iPhone

I was adding an hp printer app to my iPhone that was supposed to be free. However, it kept trying to get me to sign up for a subscription. It looked like the HP printer app but when I looked at the apps description it looks like it from a foreign country. I tried to delete the app but it still shows up on my app folder on my iPhone and is still coming up as my default printer. I have turned off all access to my network.
