How do I request refund for Duolingo membership?
I purchased a super duolingo membership and then canceled my membership. I request a refund of the membership fee.

If Duolingo offered a free trial, you can sign up for that and cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. If the developer does not offer a free trial, you cannot then try it out yourself and request a refund by making your own free trial.
All transactions in the App Store are final, but on occasion Apple may issue a compassionate refund, but it should never be expected. You can try and request a refund here:

Did you sign up for the subscription on the Duolingo website or through an in-app purchase? If you signed up on their website you will not see the charge when requesting a refund and it is not being managed by Apple.
